    A constitution-style founding document establishing IjawConnect as a permanent institution of the Ijaw civilization.

    Article I — Identity

    IjawConnect is the official digital knowledge, cultural, and strategic development platform dedicated to the preservation, advancement, and global positioning of the Ijaw Nation. It exists as a non-partisan, research-driven, culturally grounded institution serving present and future generations of Ijaw people worldwide.

    Article II — Purpose
    §Preserve and digitize Ijaw languages and dialects across all clans
    §Archive Ijaw history, heroes, oral traditions, and intellectual systems
    §Develop strategic thought leadership around the Blue Economy and Niger Delta development
    §Connect Ijaw communities across clans and across the global diaspora
    §Inspire ethical leadership and civilizational confidence among Ijaw youth
    §Serve as a policy and research hub for Ijaw advancement
    Article III — Non-Negotiables
    §IjawConnect shall never distort history for propaganda
    §IjawConnect shall never promote clan division or ethnic hostility
    §IjawConnect shall never encourage violence in any form
    §IjawConnect shall never be captured by partisan political interests

    Its loyalty is to the long-term survival and prosperity of the Ijaw civilization.

    Article IV — Sovereignty

    IjawConnect operates with full editorial and intellectual independence. Its research, publications, and strategic outputs are governed by a commitment to truth, accuracy, and the long-term interests of the Ijaw people — not the short-term interests of any political faction, government, or external body.
